Common pricing questions
Why don't you list fixed prices?
Because territories aren't equal: 'Miami metro, all concepts' and 'statewide Texas, fine dining only' are very different datasets. Pricing is quoted on territory size, lead volume, and refresh cadence — you'll have a number within one business day of requesting it.
Is there a minimum commitment?
Plans are monthly or annual. Annual terms carry preferential pricing; territory exclusivity (where offered) requires an annual term.
What does territory exclusivity mean?
On eligible Custom plans, we limit how many direct competitors in your category receive the same leads in your territory. Availability depends on market and category — ask us.
Can I upgrade or add territories later?
Yes, any time. Most customers start with one territory, validate response rates, then expand coverage.
